The Company was formed in 1973, to provide a specialist consultancy service for a wide range of applications,
acting within both public and private sectors, for large companies and for
the private individual.
Projects range from major
developments such as mineral extraction, wind farms, waste disposal sites
and Ministry of Defence
training areas to sound tests for a barn conversion or complaints about
the pub next door.
MARTEC employ experts, who are able to undertake
"on-site" investigations and surveys, measure noise accurately,
prepare and issue technical reports, and provide expert evidence in
Court if required.
We are members of The Association of Noise Consultants and the Institute of Acoustics [IOA] and our firm is a member of the Association of Noise Consultants [ANC].
